to answer the question: no😏
Is that whiny white bot crying, because she won’t date a man who voted for a raping, pedophile, criminal? A nice guy wouldn’t vote for a man like that! He has no morals!

it’s crazy that we can acknowledge the fact that the media u consume has an effect on ur ideology and view of the world when it comes to like andrew tate jordan peterson white supremacist misogynist podcasts but it goes out the window when it’s porn or kink related.
like how can ppl acknowledge that redpill ideology and misogynist podcasts are basically a mental health crisis “turning” men into violent misogynists but watching or participating in women and girls literally getting beaten up strangled raped has no effect. like come on.

Ghost Agamemnon ranting of how he died: and all women are whores ! Especially my wife, who I hate ! Right next to my cousin that she seduced cause she's a whore ! The entirety of womankind is cursed, especially my bloodline ! Let me tell you bro, dont tell your wife shit ! Half the truth maybe, but not the entire thing. Never trust a woman completely. Ever. Theyre deadly beasts
Odysseus, the well known #1 wife guy that simply cannot Fathom a wife (Penelope as reference) killing her husband:
SHE DID WHAT😨😨?? no way...Premeditated no less- How could she do such a thing, my dear friend 😰???

I submit to the internet since this game won't leave my brain. The following statement. Curly is a flying monkey and Jimmie Johns is the wicked witch.
Hear me out. A flying monkey is a term for an enabler to a narcissist/abuser. Someone who assists them by performing their actions, providing them outs, generally supporting their actions without seeing what they're capable of or how they're hurting people.
In the wizard of oz (the OG book version) the monkeys were goofy and stupid and they played a prank on a witch who cursed them to obey anybody wearing a golden cap. The wicked witch of the west found the cap and used the monkeys to conquer the western quadrant of Oz. When Dorothy finds the cap, she puts it on and realizes she can control the monkeys. She asks them to take her friends over the mountains and listens to where the monkeys were coming from.
When it's done, Dorothy gives Glinda the cap and she tells the monkeys they must never play pranks again before giving the monkeys the cap and setting them free.
flying monkeys in the real world aren't that easy to sway. A lot of them *know* how bad shit is in the situation and play along with it, big chunks of them might clue into it and then use it to their advantage. Other monkeys might just be so far gone and codependent they'll never pick up on it.
There's a lot I could say about therapy and dealing with flying monkeys. I don't know enough to do that though. That's work for individuals to do with their loved ones and therapists and healthy circles. that's not for this post or tumblr. Know only if that's your situation, I wish you well and know and believe you have the strength to fix it. I'm just making a point about a character.
Without going into too much detail or providing definition I might get *wrong* - the fact is that if the flying monkey is a decent person, eventually they'll be forced to face the abuser and either embrace what they're saying and just go deeper or they'll have to start their own journey of trying to grab the golden cap. The fact is that abusers choose their army either because they see kindred spirits or because they see people who are weaker than they are that they can exploit.
That's the genius of this game, just how accurate they got everything for me about a wicked witch and his flying monkey ( we don't speak jockey shorts name in this house.) because it paints everything pretty clearly. It's very clear that Curly's a decent guy - enough of a decent dude for Anya to trust with her feelings initially before she realized that she was Dorothy and he was a flying monkey. People very clearly liked him.
It actually makes you wonder just how much dirty work Curly did for beef jerkey though. How many people the guy defended the wicked witch to, how many people who he just lied to about the guy. That said, if you very clearly inspire enough trust for people to confess to you that kind of thing - I think we're leaning towards the kind of flying monkey that's considerably weaker than the wicked witch who picked him.
Which is the absolute fucking *genius* of this game. If you do the work and you're like "well I want to know more about how this works, and you look up abusers and enablers and you realize this it opens up just how things work. Even if Curly was the kind of guy who was very clearly into everything Jockey Shart was doing he falls into the codependent trap I've hitched my wagon to the wrong horse (aha. ha. ha.) and pays for it.
I can't excuse Curly's actions. No one should excuse Curly's actions. I'm also not a dev so I don't know the intentions but looking at the narrative I can speculate that - my dude was a meathead gym bro golden retriever who was probably super codependent (super super codependent.) along with naive and unwilling to admit his own failings. especially the latter. IDK based on the narrative I don't think it was motivated by his own pride - I think he was just genuinely meathead decent golden retriever gymbro who didn't deal with his super weak sense of self and identity and codependency and then y'know had a clue by four hit him like an asteroid in the face.
He was the wicked witch of the tulpar's flying monkey until he caught Just Ugly Pants out and realized that his own life was threatened because he refused to see the red flags and warning signs. And he paid for it. What a great fucking game.
Also can we talk about Anya managing to keep a man *alive* like that when he was probably fused to the fucking machine? What fucking medical school was stupid enough to let her go? She's literally keeping the man alive.

Any recommendations for "subtle" parallel books to help develop his critical thinking? He's 10 btw. I am creating a list

i noticed that in intensly toxic masculine circles, where there is a view of mysoginistic masculinity as an ideal, the point of sex is not to enjoy the sex itself. there is no care or mind put to eroticism, or sexual pleasure or stimulation. just the basic mechanic idea of put dick inside, thrust until you cum and then you earn the reward of sex which is not the orgasm but the bragging rights of having fucked yet another bitch, one more notch in your belt.
and that is another thing im profoundly intensly grateful for the fact that something just didnt stick in my childhood when these ideas were pushed to me. growing up socialized as a boy, i absorbed the apparently misguided notion of caring about sex qua sex. about prioritizing the sensual, and tactile, the soft and stimulating, the joy, the intimacy and other such things that red pill people would dismiss as "girly".

Lila Rose, founder and president of the non-profit Live Action, was a guest on "Dating Talk" and had the opportunity to ask J. Waller some questions about his refusal to be monogamous. He says he just isn't wired that way, and he spent the better part of his 20s trying to change, but it just didn't happen. He will never commit to just one woman.
"But you're a man of self-control. You work out, you do business. You possess your own power and direct it the way you want to direct it," Lila says.
"It's not how I am," he says, not even making eye contact with her.
"You think that might be a limited mindset?" she responds.
He becomes visibly angry at the line of questioning and launches into a tirade of ad hominem insults rather than actually defending his position.
"I think it's none of your business," he snaps. "I don't want you to think I'm triggered by you, I'm not. I saw somebody say that, and I think that's interesting. I think you're annoying, but I'm not triggered. You are, you're annoying, in like this goody-two-shoes type way, and that's fine. I'm going to live my life on my terms, unapologetically, truly, so you can ask me this 85 different ways. At the end of the day, I'm going to walk out of here the same man."
Lila simply smiles and allows him to insult her, knowing that she has taken the high road and has clearly struck a nerve. Throughout the conversation, he is never able to make eye contact with her and is slouched over the microphone. Many people online identify his behavior and body language as a person who is not fully confident in his own beliefs and decisions. Meanwhile, Lila is sitting straight up and doesn't appear to be phased, not even by his insults.

so presently we’re in a bit in a manosphere renaissance, what with your andrew tate and pearly things and Nut and Sack Podcast whatever. I was thinking about how different it was from the manosphere and red pill communities I remember from when I was growing up and bopping around the rss feed blogosphere. i think people forget how mainstream return of kings used to be, for one. i remember gawker citing them in mainstream articles. that and new atheists being considered manosphere vs the orthodox christianity or islam converts of now.
I think I would like to do a deep dive on this at some point, if for no other reason than my own curiosity. but before i go dredge up posts in alt.seduction.fast from ‘98, I’ve been dredging through my old memories of this stuff. and roosh v/rok was definitely unpleasant, but I think the worst of the bunch from that late 2000s-early 2010s era was dalrock. not because it was as trollish and mean, but because it was tonally very schoolmarmish in a way that’s a bit too close to home for anyone with boomer parents. very “my mother’s warnings”.
imagine, reader, being a teenage girl. very insecure, a little pudgy, kind of goth but in a bad way, old world sort of mom. and then you come across a post like “more grim news for carousellers”.

To Those Who Hate the Red Pill but Want the Philosophy Picked Apart:
I present this vid: the Red Pill deconstructed through the lens of a man who is happily and successfully married for almost 30 years.
youtube
(It's not as cringey or out of touch as the thumbail looks, fyi~.)
The vid may be over an hour long, but there is a TON of information in the first 25 min., breaking down how the philosophy is a cheap fix for broken people and who/what it attracts.
Give it a listen, so worth it! I'd briefly gone down the Red Pill hole (call it an explorational phase~) but came away dissatisfied and sneery at how childish it is. He condenses the material, streamlines it, and has an incredible GoW Kratos presentation to break it all down.
It's completely politically neutral: the presenter is an atheist who simultaneously abhors established religion and makes space for others to live their religious beliefs however they choose.
Quote: "Spraying cologne on a turd isn't going to make you not a turd. You can attract all the women in the world; but if your personality is garbage, why would any of them want to stay with you? Someone is not going to stay with you for 60+ because you have a nice car or a sexy body. You have to have some other reason that people want you in their life-- and that's very good news if you're not conventionally attractive but you're confident, likeable, and selfless. It's very bad news if you're resentful, entitled, and jealous."
Great news! It seems the Red Pill is vastly unpopular IRL; and its popularity is sinking now that Andrew Tate called it cringed (and got charged for crimes, woo!) and the "godfather" Rollo Tomassi had a cringey baby fit and embarrassed himself and his ideas.
More great news! I've read countless stories from men who were lonely or depressed or sad or scared that fell down these rabbit holes, thinking the validation they were given was correct because the red pill capitalizes on their "pain points" (this vid covers that, too); but when they got into real relationships, they tossed the philosophy aside-- because it's only a philosophy that can thrive in solo, toxic environments devoid of outside criticism or other ways of life.
